On base Apple Silicon MacBooks (M1, M2, and M3), which natively limit external monitor output to a single extended screen over Thunderbolt, the dock will drive one external 4K display.
Does this dock charge my laptop while connected?
No. Because the ALOGIC TB3D2DPBL-SGR dock is a compact, bus-powered travel unit, it does not provide Power Delivery (PD) pass-through charging to the host laptop. You will need to keep your laptop's power adapter plugged directly into your computer while using the dock.
